We make known that We have, out of particularly favourable inclination, graciously granted the late mayor Olof Hising's widow, Kirsten Nilsdotter, as long as she sits in mourning, to live and be free here in Our City of Norrköping from all civic taxes and burdens, equally and in such time to unhindered possess and enjoy her plots in this place free from occupiers, in accordance with which may the magistrate take it upon himself to act, not inflicting upon Kirsten Nilsdotter any reluctance, hindrance or intention, for We have wanted to maintain her undisturbed herein. For further assurance, We have signed this with Our own hand and confirmed it with Our Royal Seal. Norrköping, March 6, 1661.

Whereas, faithful subjects, Mayor and Council of Norrköping, We have, for particular reasons and motives, further granted the late mayor Olof Hising's widow, Kerstin Nilsdotter, as long as she remains a widow, to keep the 2¾ acres of city fields and the small meadow in Ladugårdsängen, with an annual fee to the City, the which field and piece of meadow has otherwise always been attached to her late husband among other things in the reward, it is therefore and hereby Our gracious will and command that you let her enjoy this our grant undisputedly, not allowing, as long as she remains a widow and is able to annually pay the fee to the City, that any intrusion be made against her, in acting accordingly with which you would contribute to Our gracious pleasure; and We commend you to God. Given at Stockholm, December 19, 1660.
