Vorrei che mi faceste trouare in Norimberga rimessa di due mila Scudi pronti da pagarmisi Subito, Se mi bisogneranno; perche Se bene io porto di quà meco denaro Soprabondante p[er] il mio viaggio, e Son Sicura che non haurò a Seruirmi di tal rimessa, nondim[en]o vuole ogni buon rispetto che il tutto Si gouerni cosi. Vorrei che mi faceste trovare in Norimberga rimessa di due mila scudi pronti da pagarmisi subito se mi bisogneranno, perché se bene io porto di qua meco denaro soprabondante per il mio viaggio e son sicura che non avrò a servirmi di tal rimessa, nondimeno vuole ogni buon rispetto che il tutto si governi così. Sir Manuel Texeira,
For the sake of convenience and necessity of my affairs I have resolved to come there, and I will leave for this in two weeks. I hope that this must be of satisfaction to you, because it will undoubtedly be to the advantage of my interests, and consequently also of yours. I would like you to have me find a two thousand scudi remittance in Nuremberg, ready to be paid to me immediately if I need it, because if well I carry overwhelming money of this with me for my trip, and I am sure that I will not have to use this remittance, nevertheless, every good respect demands that everything should be governed in this way. The ordinary remittances of 5,000 scudi a month, which you now have sent here, begged you to continue them until my arrival in Hamburg of the same sum of 5,000 scudi to Cardinal Azzolino in the way you did when I was cost, where we will settle then the state of things for the future. I am sending you the enclosure for Count Steinberg to be sure to keep it for him. But do not send it to Adami for this, since the letter may not be found. And God bless you. Rome, the first of May 1666.

J'espère que cela vous donnera satisfaction, car cela profitera sans aucun doute à mes intérêts, et par conséquent aux vôtres. Je voudrais que vous me trouviez à Nuremberg une somme de deux mille écus prête à m'être versée immédiatement si j'en ai besoin, car bien que j'apporte d'ici beaucoup d'argent pour mon voyage, je suis sûre que je ne le ferai pas devons utiliser cet envoi de fonds, tout le respect veut néanmoins que tout soit régi de cette façon. Les remises ordinaires de 5 000 écus par mois, que vous avez envoyées jusqu'à présent ici, je vous prie de les continuer jusqu'à mon arrivée à Hambourg de la même somme de 5 000 écus à le seigneur cardinal Azzolino comme vous l'avez fait lorsque j'y étais, où nous régulerons ensuite l'état des choses pour l'avenir.
