Douendo Noi prouedere p[er] l'auu[eni]re alla buona amministrazione dei N[ost]ri interessi di Suezia i quali p[er] il passato sono Stati soggetti à tanti disordini si p[er] causa della n[ost]ra Lunga assenza come p[er] colpa dei N[ost]ri Ministri ordiniamo con la p[rese]nte al March[es]e Horazio di Borbon del Monte Primo Gentilhuomo della N[ost]ra Cam[er]a e N[ost]ro Jnuiato Straord[ina]rio alla Corte di Suezia che in nome n[ost]ro Si faccia prestare, e rinuouare respettiuam[en]te il giuram[en]to da tutti li n[ost]ri Min[ist]ri, e Seruitore, col quale si obligano tanto in voce q[ua]nto in scritto à Seruirci fedelm[en]te in specie à pagar con puntualità al N[ost]ro Residente S. Dovendo Noi provvedere per l'avvenire alla buona amministrazione dei Nostri interessi di Svezia, i quali per il passato sono stati soggetti a tanti disordini si per causa della Nostra lunga assenza come per colpa dei Nostri ministri, ordiniamo con la presente al marchese Orazio di Bourbon del Monte, primo gentiluomo della Nostra camera e Nostro inviato straordinario alla Corte di Svezia, che in nome Nostro si faccia prestare e rinuovare respettivamente il giuramento da tutti li Nostri ministri e servitore, col quale si obbligano tanto in voce quanto in scritto a servirci fedelmente, in specie a pagar con puntualità al nostro residente Signor Manoel Texeira in Amburgo tutto il denaro delle Nostre entrate, e non ad altri senz'ordine Nostro preciso, ed obbligarli in virtù di detto giuramento a pagar di nuovo tutto il denaro che sarà stato da loro divertito in altr'uso, che nel Nostro, e quelli che ricuseranno di prestar, ò rinuovar tal giuramento vogliamo che dal marchese medesimo siano privati ipso facto del Nostro servigio, dandogli noi a questo effetto tutta la Nostra autorità acciò disponga il tutto secondo le sue instruzioni, e como giudicherà convenir al maggiore servigio Nostro. Devant à pourvoir pour l'avenir la bonne administration de Nos intérêts en la Suède, qui ont été sujets dans le passé à tant de désordres, tant par Notre longue absence que par la faute de Nos ministres, Nous ordonnons au marquis Horace de Bourbon del Monte, premier gentilhomme de Notre chambre et Notre envoyé extraordinaire à la Cour de Suède, qu'en Notre nom tous Nos ministres et serviteurs jurent et renouvellent le jurement par lequel ils s'obligent tant par la voix que par l'écrit à Nous servir fidèlement, in specie de payer avec ponctualité à Notre résident le sieur Manoel Texeira à Hambourg tout l'argent de Nos revenus et non à d'autres sans Notre ordre précis, et de les obliger en vertu dudit jurement à payer à nouveau tout l'argent qui n'aura été reçu d'aucune autre manière que la Nôtre, et Nous voulons que ceux qui refusent de prêter ou de renouveler ce jurement soient privés ipso facto de Notre service par le marquis lui-même, lui donnant à cet effet toute Notre autorité pour qu'il puisse tout arranger selon ses instructions et comme il le juge opportun pour Notre plus grand service. Såsom Vi för framtiden måste sörja för en god administration av Våra intressen i Sverige, som tidigare varit föremål för så många störningar både på grund av Vår långa frånvaro och på grund av Våra ministrars fel, beordrar Vi härmed markisen Orazio de Bourbon del Monte, Vår överkammarherre och Vår envoajé extraordinarie till Sveriges hov, att i Vårt namn alla våra ministrar och tjänare svär och förnyar den ed, varmed de binder sig både muntligen och skriftligen att troget tjäna Oss, i synnerhet att punktligt betala till Vår resident herr Manuel Texeira i Hamburg alla pengar från Våra inkomster och inte till andra utan Vår exakta order, och att i kraft av nämnda ed ålägga dem att åter betala alla pengar som kommer att ha varit från underhållas på annat sätt än på Vårt, och Vi vill att de som vägrar att avlägga eller förnya denna ed skall berövas ipso facto Vår tjänst av markisen själv, och ger Vi honom i detta syfte all Vår auktoritet så att han kan ordna allt enligt sina instruktioner och som han finner lämpligt för Vår större tjänst. Till yttermera visso har Vi underskrivit detta med Vår Kungliga Hand och låtit detta försättas med Vårt Kungliga Sigill. Givet i Rom den 14 december 1680. —

Having to provide, for the future, the good administration of Our interests in Sweden, which in the past have been subject to so many disorders both due to Our long absence as well as to the fault of Our ministers, We hereby order the Marquis Orazio de Bourbon del Monte, first gentleman of Our chamber and Our envoy extraordinary to the Court of Sweden, that in Our name all Our ministers and servants swear and renew the oath by which they bind themselves both in voice and in writing to serve Us faithfully, in particular to punctually pay to Our resident Mr. Manuel Texeira in Hamburg all the money from Our income and not to others without Our precise order, and to oblige them by virtue of the said oath to pay again all the money that will have been from entertained in another way than in Ours, and We want those who refuse to take or renew this oath to be deprived ipso facto of Our service by the Marquis himself, giving him to this effect all Our authority so that he can arrange everything according to his instructions and as he deems convenient for Our greater service. In witness whereof We have signed this present with Our Royal Hand and caused it to be affixed with Our Royal Seal. Given in Rome, December 14, 1680. —
