Hambourg, ce 12. d'Octobre 1668.

Je viens de recevoir votre Lettre du 3. de ce Mois, qui m'apporte la conclusion de la Diette. Pour réponse sur l'affaire de l'Echange, je vous dis que je n'ai rien à changer dans les ordres, conditions, & déclarations que je vous ai mandés là-dessus dans mes précédentes, auxquelles je me remets entiérement, vous ordonnant de n'en démordre pas, & d'être toujours constant; car c'est ma derniére résolution, & je ne la changerai jamais. Ne manquez pas de pousser vigoureusement la satisfaction de tout ce qu'on me doit, selon la spécification que vous avez de mes prétentions. Au-reste je suis fort satisfaite de vous, & de votre conduite. Dieu vous conserve.

P. S. Je suis ravie de voir que vous avez forcé l'Anglois à vous céder la place, cela est parfaitement bien fait.

Hamburg, den 12 oktober 1668.

Jag har nyss mottagit Ert brev av den 3 av denna månad, som ger mig nyheten av Riksdagens slut. Som ett svar på utbytesaffären säger jag Er att jag inte har något att ändra i de order, villkor och förklaringar som jag skickade till Er om detta ämne i mina tidigare brev, på vilka jag helt och hållet förlitar mig och beordrar Er att inte vika och att alltid vara konstant; ty det är min slutgiltiga lösning, och jag vill aldrig ändra den. Missa inte att driva kraftfullt för att tillfredsställa allt som tillkommer mig, enligt den specifikation Ni har av mina anspråk. I övrigt är jag mycket nöjd med Er och Ert uppförande. Gud bevare Er.

P. S. Det glädjer mig att se att Ni har tvingat engelsmännen att ge vika för Er, det är alldeles bra gjort.

Hamburg, the 12th of October 1668.

I have just received your letter of the 3rd of this month, which brings me the conclusion of the Riksdag. As a response on the affair of the exchange, I tell you that I have nothing to change in the orders, conditions, and declarations that I sent to you on this subject in my previous letters, on which I rely entirely, ordering you not to budge and to always be constant; because it is my final resolution, and I will never change it. Do not fail to push vigourously for the satisfaction of all that is due to me, according to the specification that you have of my pretensions. For the rest, I am very satisfied with you and your conduct. God preserve you.

P. S. I am delighted to see that you have forced the English to give way to you, that is perfectly well done.
