Monsieur le Baron Jean Gyllenstierna. J'ai tant de confiance en l'amitié que vous m'avez toûjours témoignée, & en la justice de ma cause, que je suis persuadée que vous favoriserez mes intérêts avec affection, lorsque le Sr. Rosenbach tâchera de solliciter ce qui lui reste pour achever sa commission & la présente n'est que pour Vous assurer de la reconnoissance particulière que je vous en témoignerai & pour vous faire connoître l'état que je fais de votre personne & de votre crédit, priant Dieu qu'il Vous tienne en sa sainte garde. Rome ce 16. Novembre 1669.

English translation (my own):

Sir Baron Johan Gyllenstierna,

I have so much confidence in the friendship you have always shown me, and in the justice of my cause, that I am convinced that you will favour my interests with affection, when Sir Rosenbach tries to solicit what remains to him to complete his commission, and this is only to assure you of the particular gratitude that I shall testify to you, and to let you know the state that I make of your person and your credit, praying to God that He will hold you in His holy protection. Rome, November 16, 1669.
