The excerpt:

Hambourgh, Aug. 21. ... Our Advices from Stockholme inform us that the States of that Kingdom still continue their Assembly, where all Affairs are driven on with much secrecy; that we know not yet what progress they have made in the Concernments of the Queen Christina. That the Treaty was far advanced, if not altogether concluded between that Crown and the Emperour, the onely thing disputed between the Ministers of both Parties being the payment of the sum of 38000 Rixdollers, which is required of the Emperour. They farther tell us that the King of Swedeland has been lately somewhat indisposed, but not by any dangerous distemper, and that His Majesty had dismissed the French Ambassadour with much honour, having besides the ordinary Presents, given him his Picture richly set about with Diamonds.
