Le Comte Steinberg, qui s'en retourne auprès de Votre Majesté, vous fera récit de la grande passion que j'ai pour les intérêts de votre Personne & votre Couronne. Je conserverai toûjours ces sentimens, & me croirois indigne de la vie, si j'étois capable de changer l'amour, que j'ai pour ma patrie, & l'amitié que j'ai pour Votre Majesté. Ce sont des sentimens qui me dureront autant que ma vie. Et je vous prie de croire que je m'estimerois heureuse d'être capable de rendre quelque service à mon païs, qui me pût acquitter de l'obligation de ma naissance. Cependant je vous supplie de me continuer Votre amitié, & de croire que je vivrai & mourrai
