Creberrim[a] apud omnes materia disserendi est clementissimæ Reginæ nostræ excelsa indoles, quam solet ipsa Galliæ Regina sæpius commemorare magnis cum laudibus.

With modernised spelling:

Creberrim[a] apud omnes materia disserendi est clementissimæ reginæ nostræ excelsa indoles, quam solet ipsa Galliæ regina sæpius commemorare magnis cum laudibus.

French translation (my own):

Le sujet de discussion le plus fréquent entre tous est le grand caractère de notre très gracieuse reine, que la reine de France elle-même mentionne souvent avec de grandes louanges.

Swedish translation (my own):

Det vanligaste diskussionsämnet bland alla är den höga karaktären hos vår allernådiga drottning, som drottningen av Frankrike själv ofta nämner med stort beröm.

English translation (my own):

The most frequent subject of discussion among everyone is the high character of our most gracious Queen, whom the Queen of France herself often mentions with great praise.
