Mon Cousin. J'ai reçu Vôtre obligeante lettre & puisque Vous prénez la peine de me témoigner tant d'amitié: je prens cette occasion de vous en remercier & de Vous en demander très-instamment la continuation. Le sang qui nous lie n'est pas si foible en moi, que je ne souhaite d'avoir les occasions de Vous obliger, & je m'assure sur votre parole qu'il contribuera en vous tout ce qui servira à mes intérêts. Je vous demande la continuation de votre amitié & vous proteste que je serai toute ma vie

Blodhet som binder oss ähr inthet så swagt i migh att jagh icke will hafwa occasionerne att obligera Edher, och jagh försäkrar migh på Edhert ordh att dhet skall contribuera till Edher allt som kommer att tiena mina interessen.
