Såsom Vi äro genom ordinarie posten berättade att Gud haver den 6 decembris i nästförflutna år uti Leipzig beskårt och givit Eders Kärlighet en ung fröken, alltså emedan denna tidenden haver varit Oss mycket angenäm och hugnelig att förnimma, ty have Vi icke velat underlåta Eders Kärlighet över denna Guds välsignelse vänligen att gratulera, önskandes att Gud mildeligen ville förhjälpa Eders Kärlighet till förra styrke och krafter igen, så ock förläna Eders Kärlighets unga dotter en god uppväxt och förkovring uti alla kristliga dygder. Comme on Nous apprend par l'ordinaire que le 6 décembre de l'année dernière à Leipsick, Dieu a béni et a donné à Votre Dilection une jeune demoiselle, et parce que cette nouvelle Nous a été très agréable et joyeuse à apprendre, Nous n'avons donc pas voulu manquer de féliciter Votre Dilection pour cette bénédiction de Dieu, souhaitant que Dieu l'aide avec bienveillance à retrouver sa force, et aussi qu'il accorde à la jeune fille de Votre Dilection une bonne éducation et un épanouissement dans toutes les vertus chrétiennes. Qu'il accorde également à Votre Dilection une heureuse et joyeuse nouvelle année, avec laquelle Nous souhaitons sincèrement conclure et recommander Votre Dilection à la protection de Dieu le Très-Haut, etc.

As We are told through the ordinary post that on the 6th of December last year in Leipzig, God blessed and gave to Your Lovingness a young lady, and because this news has been very pleasant and joyful for Us to learn, We have therefore not wanted to neglect to congratulate Your Lovingness on this blessing from God, wishing that God kindly help Your Lovingness to regain your former strength and powers, and also that He grant Your Lovingness's young daughter a good upbringing and flourishing in all Christian virtues. May He also grant Your Lovingness a happy and joyful New Year, with which We sincerely wish to conclude and commend Your Lovingness to the protection of God the Most High, etc.
