The letter summary:

... [Stockholm] 7 Juni 1651. Grefvarnes erhållna stora privilegier. — Drottningen har concederat grefvarnes begärda större privilegier.

With modernised spelling:

... [Stockholm] 7 juni 1651. Grevarnas erhållna stora privilegier. — Drottningen har koncederat grevarnas begärda större privilegier.

English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, June 7, 1651. Great privileges obtained by the counts. — The Queen has conceded the greater privileges requested by the counts.
