... [Stockholm] 22 Febr. 1651. Tungel tros blifva riksråd. — M. G. De la Gardie blef riksmarskalk och guvernör i Pommern, hertig Adolf blef general.

With modernised spelling:

... [Stockholm] 22 februari 1651. Tungel tros bliva riksråd. — Magnus Gabriel de la Gardie blev riksmarskalk och guvernör i Pommern, hertig Adolf blev general.

English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, February 22, 1651. Tungel is believed to become a councilman. — Magnus Gabriel de la Gardie became Grand Marshal of the Realm and governor of Pomerania, Duke Adolf became a general.
