Dee andre Öfwer Officerere, som skole blifwa Hemma j Landet qwarre Hoos deras Vnderhafwande folck, Kunne sedan wara Eder fölgachtige. Dat: ut in literis.

Eftersom Vi förmode, herr fältmarskalk, att freden nu skall vara sluten och att greve Magnus de la Gardie och greve Gustaf Leijonhufvud skola nu väl kunna för deras egna personer mistas ifrån armén, varföre begäre Vi nådigst I ville, straxt detta Vårt brev Eder tillhandakommer, låte välbemälda grevar resa förut hit upp till Oss. De andra överofficerare, som skola bliva hemma i landet kvare hos deras underhavande folk kunna sedan vara Eder följaktiga. Datum ut in litteris.

Notre faveur spéciale, etc. Nous avons l'honneur de vous informer, Monsieur le feldmaréchal, que, comme Nous avons été informées par la lettre de Nos commissaires de Söderåkra, datée du 13 du courant, qu'ils se rendaient à la frontière le jour même pour faire signer la déclaration, et que Nous sommes maintenant d'opinion que la paix a déjà été conclue entre Nous et le roi du Danemark, Nous avons donc, conformément à Notre compréhension, fait des propositions concernant les personnes que Nous avons l'intention d'envoyer en Allemagne comme recrues, ainsi que concernant les garnisons à placer à la fois sur le territoire national dans les forteresses frontalières telles que Halland et les autres îles et terres danoises qui Nous ont été cédées; Nous vous avons joint ces propositions à la présente lettre, vous priant de bien vouloir Nous faire part de votre opinion et des modifications que vous jugez nécessaires. Si, étant sur place et connaissant mieux l'état des fortifications de Halland, vous constatez que Nos propositions concernant les garnisons ne peuvent être mises en œuvre, ou si vous avez quoi que ce soit à Nous rappeler, Nous vous serions reconnaissantes de bien vouloir Nous en informer au plus vite.
Nous avons maintenant donné l'ordre à l'amiral, le sieur Éric Ryning, de rentrer au pays avec les navires les plus importants et les plus nombreux, et de laisser Åke Hansson partir pour l'Allemagne avec douze ou quatorze autres navires et lesdites recrues. Ceci est pour votre information; et par la présente Nous voulons vous avoir recommandé à Dieu, etc.

Comme Nous le supposons, Monsieur le feldmaréchal, que la paix est désormais conclue et que le comte Magnus de la Gardie et le comte Gustave Leyonhufvud peuvent être démobilisés de l'armée, Nous désirons donc très gracieusement que vous veuillez, dès réception de cette Notre lettre, faire venir lesdits comtes jusqu'à Nous. Les autres officiers supérieurs, qui resteront à la campagne avec leurs subordonnés, pourront alors vous accompagner. Donnée comme dans la lettre.

Our especial favour, etc. We graciously let you know, Lord Field Marshal, that as We have been informed through Our commissioners' letter from Söderåkra, of the 13th of this month, that they were on their way to the border that same day to have the declaration signed, and We are now of the opinion that the peace has already been concluded between Us and the King of Denmark, so We have now, in accordance with Our understanding, had the proposition made for the people whom We intend to send over to Germany as recruits, as well as for garrisons to be placed both domestically on border fortresses such as Halland and the other Danish islands and lands ceded to us; the which propositions We have now enclosed with this letter to you, with the gracious request that if you, as being in that place and best acquainted with the condition of the fortifications in Halland, find Our propositions for the garrisons there not to be fulfilled, or if you otherwise had anything to remind Us of, you would then most urgently want to let Us know your consideration on it and what you perceive to be necessary to change.
We have now sent orders to the Admiral, Lord Erik Ryning, that he should head here home with the largest and most numerous ships and let Åke Hansson go with twelve or fourteen of the other ships over to Germany with the said recruits. This is for your information; and We hereby want to have commended you to God, etc.

Postscript.
As We presume, Lord Field Marshal, that peace will now be concluded and that Count Magnus de la Gardie and Count Gustaf Leijonhufvud will now be able to be removed from the army for their own persons, We therefore most graciously desire that, as soon as this Our letter reaches you, you would have the said counts travel up here to Us. The other senior officers, who will remain at home in the country with their subordinates, can then accompany you. Given as in the letter.
