The letter:
Monsieur le Gouverneur Général. J'ai donné l'ordre le 17. d'Octobre passé, & je le réitére à présent, que le Comte Wasano prenne congé en forme de la Cour de Suède, & vienne ici au plûtôt puisque la présence n'y est plus nécessaire, & je vous recommande qu'il soit promtement expédié. Vous apprendrez ci-après selon les occurrences ce qu'il y aura à négocier pour mes affaires, & Vous en serez amplement instruit. Je vous accorde volontiers la demande que vous me faites dans votre lettre du 11. d'Août passé, de vouloir bien que le Comte Wasano assiste en ma place au batême de votre fille, vous assurant, que je n'oublierai pas, mais que je reconnoîtrai même gracieusement envers vous & votre maison, les bons services que vous me rendrez. Dieu vous ait en sa sainte garde.

English translation (my own):
Sir Governor General,
I gave the order last October 17th, and I repeat it now, that Count Wasenau take leave in the form of the court of Sweden, and come here instead since his presence is no longer necessary, and I recommend that he be shipped promptly. You will learn below according to the occurrences what there will be to negotiate for my business, and you will be amply informed. I gladly grant you the request that you make to me in your letter of last August 11th to agree that Count Wasenau assist in my place at the baptism of your daughter, assuring you that I will not forget, but that I will even graciously acknowledge to you and your house the good services you will render me. May God have you in His holy care.
