Rijkzmarskalk Grefwe Magno Gabriel de la Gardie, Wij hafwe förordnadt här till warande Rijkz SkattMestare, Grefwe Gabriel Oxenstierna till Rijkz Ammiral, Och före högnödigt och nẏttigt befinne, ath bruka Edher för Præsident i wårt Cammer Collegio: Hwarföre och sosom Wij bäre till Eder denne wår Nådige tillförsicht vth i Eder thenna wår förordning beqwäma, Alttså ähr och här med wår Nådige Willia, ath i taga Eder thetha Cammer Præsidentz Embethe opå, och Cammer Collegij, högwördande saker ahn, medh all af lÿst och ijfwer, till dheras möijeligaste redressemente direction, och Vthförande. Vi önske Eder härtill mycken lycka, etc.

Nous vous souhaitons aussi beaucoup de bonheur, etc.
