C: G. Stormechtigste Drottningh, Högtährade gunstige Frw Modher. Widh denne occasion att deß Elskeligh Edell och Wälb: Balantinne reser till E M:tt hafwer iagh intet Kunnat gå förbij, at förmähla E. M:tt min Sohnligh tienstlige hälssan, önskandes, att war Herre wille E. M:tt långh och mildeligen vphålla, sampt Vnna migh den gode lÿkia att altijdh måge ifrån E. M:t beKomma godh och hugneligh tijender, vthi det öfrige och såsom E. Uti det övriga och såsom Eders Majestät alltid haver behagat för den trohet och goda tjänster som bemälte Ballentine bevist haver att anfalla honom med sin nåd och benägenhet, alltså är han ock ännu uti den underdåniga förhoppning det Eders Majestät honom samma gunst framgent nådigst täcktes kontinuera. Pour le reste, et comme il a toujours plu à Votre Majesté de recommander ladite Ballentine avec sa grâce et son penchant pour la fidélité et les bons services qu'il lui a rendus, il est donc aussi toujours dans l'espoir soumis qu'il plaira à Votre Majesté de lui continuer gracieusement la même faveur à l'avenir.
