English translation (my own):

As We need some gold chains and portraits for some [...] expenses and gifts in these coming days, it is therefore and hereby Our gracious will and command that you immediately let two thousand ducats in gold chains and five or six portraits be prepared. Therein you would fulfill Our gracious will. And We commend you, etc.
