Clarissima. Nella lettera scrittaci da V. M. in data de' 10 del passato, habbiamo con tanto piacere veduto, ch'ella sia per incaminarsi in breve a questa volta. Con quanto desiderio nella nostra esaltatione al Pontificato fu da noi bramata la consolatione della sua presentia! Attendiamo dunque la M. V. particolarmente, per haver occasione di farle conoscere da presso la stima grande che facciamo di lei, e la tenerezza dell'affetto paterno, col quale amiamo la sua somma virtù. Et a V. M. diamo con tutto l'animo per la prosperità del suo viaggio l'Ap:lica beneditione. Data Romae apud S.tam Mariam Maiorem die 3a septembris 1667, Pontificatus nostri anno primo.

Attendiamo dunque la Maestà Vostra particolarmente, per aver occasione di farle conoscere da presso la stima grande che facciamo di lei e la tenerezza dell'affetto paterno, col quale amiamo la sua somma virtù. Ed a Vostra Maestà diamo con tutto l'animo per la prosperità del suo viaggio l'apostolica benedizione. Data Romæ, apud Sanctam Mariam Majorem, die 3 septembris 1667, pontificatus Nostri anno primo.

Dans la lettre que Votre Majesté Nous a écrite le 10 du passé, Nous avons vu avec grand plaisir qu'elle aille bientôt partir pour cette fois. Avec combien de désir dans Notre exaltation au pontificat Nous avons aspiré à la consolation de sa présence! Nous attendons donc Votre Majesté, particulièrement pour avoir l'occasion de lui faire connaître la grande estime que Nous lui portons et la tendresse de Notre affection paternelle pour elle, dont Nous l'aimons pour sa vertu éminente. Et Nous donnons de tout cœur à Votre Majesté Notre bénédiction apostolique pour la prospérité de son voyage. Donné à Rome, à Sainte Marie Majeure, le 3 septembre 1667, la première année de Notre pontificat.

Och Vi ger helhjärtat Ers Majestät Vår apostoliska välsignelse för framgången på Er resa. Givet i Rom, i Santa Maria Maggiore, den 3 september 1667, under det första året av Vårt pontifikat.

In the letter written to Us by Your Majesty on the 10th of last month, We have seen with great pleasure that you are about to set off shortly for this time. We therefore await Your Majesty, particularly to have the opportunity to make known to you the great esteem We have of you and the tenderness of Our paternal affection for you, with which We love you for your outstanding virtue.
