English translation (my own):

Stockholm, January 5, 1650. The Queen's return home from Uppsala. — Dispute with the Council. — The Council is dissatisfied with the Dutch and Danish treaties. — The Queen is perplexed by the Chancellor's opinion about the coronation. — Bengt Skytte has credit with the Queen.
