... [Stockholm] 12 Jan. 1650. Rådet har begärt, att drottningen proprio motu skulle afskaffa Fransoserna från hofvet.

With modernised spelling:

... [Stockholm] 12 januari 1650. Rådet har begärt att drottningen proprio motu skulle avskaffa fransoserna från hovet.

English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, January 12, 1650. The Council has requested that the Queen, by her own motion, should send away the Frenchmen from court.
