1655. ... Il giorno 27. Novembre entrò in Mantova, con pomposo corteggio di 250. Persone, Cristina Reina di Svezia, che lasciato il Regno, andavasene a Roma per abjurar l'Eresía in mano d'Alessandro VII. Sommo Pontefice. Si fermò un giorno solo in corte, trattata dal Duca alla Reale; e il seguente giorno sovra un bel Buceintorio, in compagnía dell'Arciduchessa, passò a Revere, alloggiando in Casa del Marchese Amorotti, e poi continovò il viaggio di Roma, verso dove anche il Duca vi mandò per suo Ambasciatore al novello Papa il Marchese Francesco Nerli.

Il giorno 27 novembre entrò in Mantova con pomposo corteggio di 250 persone Cristina, regina di Svezia, che lasciato il regno, andavasene a Roma per abiurar l'eresia in mano d'Alessandro VII, sommo pontefice. Si fermò un giorno solo in Corte, trattata dal duca alla reale, e il seguente giorno sovra un bel bucintorio, in compagnia dell'arciduchessa, passò a Revere, alloggiando in casa del marchese Amorotti, e poi continuò il viaggio di Roma, verso dove anche il duca vi mandò per suo ambasciatore al novello papa il marchese Francesco Nerli.

French translation (my own):

1655. ... Le 27 novembre, Christine, reine de Suède, entra à Mantoue avec une pompeuse procession de 250 personnes. Elle quitta le royaume et se rendit à Rome pour abjurer l'hérésie aux mains d'Alexandre VII, souverain pontife. Elle ne s'arrêta qu'un jour à la Cour, traitée à la royale par le duc, et le lendemain, sur un beau bucentaure, en compagnie de l'archiduchesse, elle passa à Révère, logeant dans la maison du marquis Amorotti, et alors elle continua son voyage à Rome, où le duc lui envoya aussi le marquis François Nerli comme ambassadeur au nouveau pape.

1655. ... Den 27 november gick Kristina, Sveriges drottning, in i Mantua med en pompös procession på 250 personer. Hon lämnade kungariket och begav sig till Rom för att avvärja kätteriet i händerna på Alexander VII, högste påven. Hon stannade bara en dag vid hovet, trakterades à la royale av hertigen, och följande dag, på en vacker bucentaur, i sällskap med ärkehertiginnan, gick hon till Revere och logerade i markis Amorottis hus, och sedan fortsatte sin resa till Rom, dit även hertigen sände henne markisen Francesco Nerli som hans ambassadör hos den nye påven.

English translation (my own):

1655. ... On November 27th, Kristina, Queen of Sweden, entered Mantua with a pompous procession of 250 people. She left the kingdom and went to Rome to abjure the heresy in the hands of Alexander VII, Supreme Pontiff. She stopped only one day at court, treated à la royale by the Duke, and the following day, on a beautiful bucentaur, in the company of the Archduchess, she passed to Revere, lodging in the house of the Marquis Amorotti, and then she continued her journey to Rome, whither also the Duke sent her the Marquis Francesco Nerli as his ambassador to the new Pope.
