CHRISTINA [etc.] Wår ÿnnest etc. Troo Män Respective Rijkz- och Cammer Rådh; Efftersom wij Hafwe förährat Rectori Academiæ Upsaliensis Doctori Laurentio Stigzelio, Theologo Primario, som till wår i deße dagar instående Chröning är Hijt Kallat, och locum hoos Bisperne och fram för alle Superintendenterne i Processerne hafwa skall, så mÿcket och lijka Sammet, som en af dhe andre Biskoparne till Chröningen beKommit Hafver; Hwarföre ar Hermedh wår nådige willie och befallning, at J Honom samma Tÿgh och Sam̄et strax och widh påfordran lefw[er]era låte. English translation (my own):

Faithful men, respectively councilmen of the Realm and Chamber,
Because We have given to the rector of Uppsala Academy, Dr. Lars Stigzelius, the primary theologian, who, for Our in these days upcoming coronation, is called here and will receive a place with the bishops and before all the superintendents in the processions, that he shall receive as much velvet as one of the other bishops has received for the coronation, it is therefore and hereby Our gracious will and command that you deliver him the same cloth and velvet immediately and upon request.
