Wår sÿnnerl. ÿnnest etc. Efftersom Wij, trogne Män resp: Richz- och CammerRådh, nådigst Hafwe bewilliat att CammarJunckaren Matthias Palbitzkij, Hwilken Här ifrån och till Sfanien förresa skall, att måge beKomma sin lön för nästförflutne åhr 1650. Hwarföre befalle Wij Eder nådeligen, att J den förordning giöre, dermed Han samme sin löhn med det forderligaste och för sin [...] beKomma och mechtig bliffwa måtte. Vår synnerliga ynnest, etc. Eftersom Vi, trogne män respektive Riks- och Kammarråd, nådigst have beviljat att kammarjunkaren Matthias Palbitzki, vilken härifrån och till Spanien förresa skall, att måga bekomma sin lön för nästförflutna år 1650, varföre befalle Vi Eder nådeligen att I den förordning göre därmed han samma sin lön med det forderligaste och för sin [...] bekomma och mäktig bliva måtte. Därmed efterkomme I Vår nådiga [vilja], etc.

French translation (my own):

Notre faveur spéciale, etc. Parce que Nous, hommes fidèles, respectivement des Conseils du Royaume et de la Chambre, avons très gracieusement accordé que le junker de chambre Matthias Palbitzki, qui doit voyager d'ici en Espagne, puisse recevoir son salaire pour l'année écoulée 1650; c'est pourquoi Nous vous ordonnons gracieusement de faire le décret qu'il reçoive et acquière donc promptement son même salaire pour son [...]. Que vous ainsi vous conforment à Notre gracieuse volonté, etc.

English translation (my own):

Kristina, etc.
Our especial favour, etc. Whereas We, faithful men, respectively of the Councils of the Realm and Chamber, have most graciously granted that the chamber junker Matthias Palbitzki, who is to travel from here to Spain, may receive his salary for the past year 1650, wherefore We graciously command that you make the decree that he therefore quickly receive and acquire his same salary for his [...]. May you thus comply with Our gracious will, etc.
