... [Stockholm] 10 Sept. 1653. Pimentellis återkomst gjorde missnöje. — Hofvet skulle till Göteborg. — Pimentellis accord med drottningen om skepp.

With modernised spelling:

... [Stockholm] 10 september 1653. Pimentellis återkomst gjorde missnöje. — Hovet skulle till Göteborg. — Pimentellis ackord med drottningen om skepp.

English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, September 10, 1653. Pimentel's return caused dissatisfaction. — The court was going to Gothenburg. — Pimentel's agreement with the Queen about ships.
