... [Stockholm] 27 Aug. 1653. C. Ulfeld hade rest med drottningen. — Främmande ministrars rapell härifrån.

With modernised spelling:

... [Stockholm] 27 augusti 1653. Corfitz Ulfeldt hade rest med drottningen. — Främmande ministrars rappell härifrån.

English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, August 27, 1653. Corfitz Ulfeldt had traveled with the Queen. — Foreign ministers are being called back from here.
