With modernised spelling:

... [Stockholm] 9 juli 1653. Pimentellis resa långsam. — Totts uppskjuten. — Drottningens frånvaro och Carl Gustaf Wrangels bröllop (?) där Corfitz Ulfeldt var.

English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, July 9, 1653. Pimentel's journey slow. — Tott's postponed. — The Queen's absence and Carl Gustaf Wrangel's wedding (?), where Corfitz Ulfeldt was.
