English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, May 7, 1653. Count Magnus governor of Swedish Germany. — Soop's house to Ulfeldt. — Dissatisfaction with the imperial dispatch and that Brandenburg has received restitution. — A gold mine at Virestad. — Chanut to Wismar. — One was perplexed about the negotiations between Holland and England. — Changes in Fyrkanten.

Note: Fyrkanten (The Square) = a room or great hall in Tre Kronor Castle.
