... [Stockholm] 24 Sept. 1653. Drottningen resolverad att flytta härifrån och resignera. — Pesten upphör. — Linde, Lejonhufvud, gr. Banér och Ulfeld om krig. — Ammunition till Jemtland och fogdarna i Dalarna.

With modernised spelling:

... [Stockholm] 24 september 1653. Drottningen resolverad att flytta härifrån och resignera. — Pesten upphör. — Linde, Leijonhufvud, greve Banér och Ulfeldt om krig. — Ammunition till Jämtland och fogdarna i Dalarna.

English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, September 24, 1653. The Queen resolved to move from here and resign. — The plague ceases. — Linde, Leijonhufvud, Count Banér and Ulfeldt on war. — Ammunition for Jämtland and the bailiffs in Dalarna.
