Wij Christina etc. Giöre witterligit att wij af gunst och Nåde, så och för trogen och tapper tiänst, som Oß och Sweriges Chrono, wår troo tiänare och Lieutenant Ehrlig och Manhaftig Swen Schute, här till giordt och bewijst hafwer. Vi Kristina, etc., göre vetterligt att Vi av gunst och nåde, så ock för trogen och tapper tjänst som Oss och Sveriges Krono vår tro tjänare och löjtnant, ärlig och manhaftig Sven Schute, härtill gjort och bevist haver, jämväl härefter så länge han lever och förmår Oss och Sveriges Krono troligen att göra och bevisa förpliktad vara skall, have unt, skänkt och givit, som Vi härmed och i detta Vårt öppna brevs kraft unne och skänke och give honom, hans hustru och ärvingar, och så ärvinge efter ärvinge, ett stycke land uti Nya Sverige, nämligen Morkorhuttings Kijl, Alkarokungh, Kinsesing och Aronametz Kijl, allt intill älven med dess underliggande små ejlander, nämligen Käringe och Kinsesings ejlander, med Passuming, med alla dess tillydande pertinentier och lägenheter, i våtto och torro, evad namn de helst hava kunna, inga undantagandes av dem som nu därtill ligga, av ålder legat hava, med rätta ligga böra eller härefter med lag och dom tillfalla och vinnas kunna, att njuta och behålla till evärdelig oklandrat egendom. We, Christina, by the grace of God, Queen of Sweden, the Goths and the Wends, etc. make known that, of our grace and favor, and also for faithful and brave service rendered and shown to us and the Crown of Sweden by our faithful servant and Lieutenant, the honest and manly Sven Schute, hitherto, and henceforth [for the service that he] shall be duty bound faithfully to perform and show to us and the Crown of Sweden, so long as he lives and is able: We have granted, bestowed and given, as we herewith, and by the power of this our open letter, grant, bestow and give to him, his wife and heirs, and later heirs in succession, a piece of land in New Sweden, namely Morkorhuttings Kijl, Alkarokungh, Kinsesing and Aronametz Kijl completely to the River, together with their nearby small islands, namely the Käringe and Kinsesing islands, together with Passuming, with all the appurtenances and encumbrances belonging thereto, in water or on land, no matter what their designations may be, no exception being made for what may now belong thereto, or belonged of old, or may be added or won hereafter by law or judgment; to enjoy and to keep as his perpetual uncontested property, everyone concerned being enjoined to conduct himself accordingly, causing the said Sven Schute, his wife or heirs, no hindrance, injury or wrong in any way, now or in times to come. In further confirmation, etc. Stockholm the 20. August, 1653.
