... [Stockholm] d. 3 Maj 1653. — Onsdagsafton kom Chanut till staden utan högtidligheter; hade redan följande afton enskildt företräde, då drottningens opasslighet ej medgaf offentligt. Kristina satte mycket värde på Chanut.

... [Stockholm] den 3 maj 1653. — Onsdagsafton kom Chanut till staden utan högtidligheter; hade redan följande afton enskilt företräde, då drottningens opasslighet ej medgav offentligt. Kristina satte mycket värde på Chanut.

English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, May 3, 1653. — On Wednesday evening Chanut came to the city without ceremony; the following evening he already had private precedence, as the Queen's indisposition did not allow her to appear in public. Kristina placed great value on Chanut.
