Je prends la confiance de Vous enuoyer la Lettre icy iointe, que J'ay escrite au Roy Mon frere Vostre Maistre en faueur de Mad[emoisel]le Charlotte Dudley de Northumbrie, dont Vous verrèz le contenù, Vous priant de la presenter de Ma part au Roy, et de l'accompagner de Vos bons offices pour luy obtenir l'honneur, qu'elle desire si ardemment Vous asseurant que m'interessant de tout mon coeur en [...] sa fortune, Je Vous tiendray vn conte exact des faueurs bons offices que Vous luy ferez renderes en ma consideration priant Dieu qu'il Vous tienne en Sa Sainte garde. Försäkrande Er att jag av hela mitt hjärta är intresserad av hennes fortun, och jag kommer att ta hänsyn till de goda tjänster Ni ger henne i min konsideration, bedjande Gud att han har Er i sin heliga vård.

Lord Earl of Castlemaine,
I have the confidence to send you the enclosed letter which I wrote to the King my brother, your master, in favour of Lady Charlotte Dudley of Northumberland, the contents of which you will see; begging you to present it on my behalf to the King, and to accompany it with your good services to obtain for her the honour which she so ardently desires. Assuring you that, being interested with all my heart in her fortune, I will take into account the good services you render her in my consideration, praying God that He have you in His holy keeping.
