Se ne cale Jl fu[o]cco in quantita di 3 lib per per [sic] ogni herba, che 9 lib. di succo in qvesta quantita si fa bollire lib. 1. di ☿. in pila Vitriata p[er] Sei hore mesti Caudo la materia ogni dve hore Con vna bastone, Che si ridurra in forma di Balsamo Consistente di infinite Virtu del qualesesi vnta la bocca della stomaco lombelico purga p[er] orïna et per secesso, et libera dogni male [...] si mette anche vn poco alle narici et alle narici [sic], ma quando si vol provocare il sudor solo si mette solo sotto la pianta delli piedi.

Mesti caudo la materia ogni due ore con una bastone; che si ridurra in forma di balsamo consistente, di infinite virtù del quale si unta la bocca della stomaco, l'ombelico, purga per orina e per secesso, e libera d'ogni male. Si mette anche un poco alle narici ed alle narici [sic], ma quando si vol provocare il sudor, si mette solo sotto la pianta delli piedi.
French translation (my own):
Baume mercuriel.
Recette: pain-de-porceau; éleuthérocoque; sureau sauvage.
Porter au feu à raison de 3 livres pour chaque herbe, 9 livres de suc; faire bouillir dans ce volume 1 livre de mercure dans un mortier en verre pendant six heures. Mélanger la matière toutes les deux heures avec un bâtonnet; cela la réduira en un baume onctueux, aux vertus infinies, qui oint le creux de l'estomac, le nombril, purifie l'urine et les selles, et libère de tout mal. On peut aussi en appliquer un peu sur les narines et les narines [sic], mais pour provoquer la sueur, on peut l'appliquer uniquement sous la plante des pieds.

Kvicksilverbalsam.
Recept: svinbröd; aralia; vild fläder.
Ta den till elden i mängder av 3 pund för varje ört, 9 pund saft; i denna mängd koka 1 pund kvicksilver i en glasmortel i sex timmar. Blanda saken varannan timme med en kvist; detta kommer att reducera den till formen av en tjock balsam, med oändliga dygder som smörjer maggropen, naveln, renar urin och avföring och befriar en från allt ont. Recipe: swinebread; eleuthero; wild elderberry.
Bring it to the fire in quantities of 3 lbs. for each herb, 9 lbs. of juice; in this quantity boil 1 lb. of mercury in a glass mortar for six hours. Mix the matter every two hours with a stick; this will reduce it into the form of a thick balm, with infinite virtues which anoint the pit of the stomach, the navel, purifies urine and feces, and frees one from every evil. It can also be put a little on the nostrils and on the nostrils [sic], but when one wants to induce sweating, it can be put only under the soles of the feet.
