English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, May 18, 1654. The Hereditary Prince's entry. — Fight in the Council between Kristina and Axel Oxenstierna. — 12 warships are equipped to carry Kristina out. — The Council was unaware of the Bremen War. — The Queen's conduct towards the Portuguese resident.
