The letter:

RIGHT HONOURABLE,
... The queen of Sweden is returned as far as Pavia; some say she goes for Venis, others for Rom; but I believ that place is two hot for her, the sicknes increasing. ...
Right honourable,
your most faithful servant
CHARLES LONGLAND.
Nov. 3. 1656. [N. S.]

With modernised spelling:

Right Honourable,
... The Queen of Sweden is returned as far as Pavia; some say she goes for Venice, others for Rome; but I believe that place is too hot for her, the sickness increasing. ...
Right Honourable,
your most faithful servant
Charles Longland.
November 3, 1656. [N. S.]

French translation (my own):

Très honorable sieur,
... La reine de Suède est renvoyée jusqu'à Pavie; certains disent qu'elle va à Venise, d'autres à Rome; mais je crois qu'il fait trop chaud pour elle, parce que le mal s'accroît.  ...
Très honorable seigneur,
votre plus fidèle serviteur
Charles Longland.
Le 3 novembre 1656. [Nouveau style.]

Swedish translation (my own):

Ers Ärevördighet,
... Sveriges drottning är återkommen ända till Pavia; vissa säger att hon går för Venedig, andra för Rom; men jag tror att den platsen är för varm för henne, ty sjukdomen ökar. ...
Ers Ärevördighets
trognaste tjänare
Charles Longland.
Den 3 november 1656. [Nya stilen.]
