... The queen of Sweden went from Turin on the 28th of the last month, after she had admired the fortifications of the citadel, which she observed, and went afoot round the city. She visited the magazines of arms and garrisons, and spoke very advantageously of the said place. ...

... La reine de Suède est partie de Turin le 28 du mois dernier, après avoir admiré les fortifications de la citadelle qu'elle a observées, et a fait le tour de la ville à pied. Elle visita les magasins d'armes et des garnisons et parla très avantageusement dudit lieu. ...

Swedish translation (my own):

Paris, den 15 oktober 1656. [Nya stilen.]
... Sveriges drottning gav sig av från Turin den 28 i sista månaden, sedan hon beundrat citadellets befästningar, som hon iakttagit, och gick till fots runt staden. Hon besökte vapen- och garnisonmagasinen och och talade mycket fördelaktigt om nämnda plats. ...
