The letter:

Paris, 19th Aug. 1656. [N. S.]
... It is said, the king will be shortly at Fontainbleau, and there receive the queen of Sweden, who is now expected here. ...

With modernised spelling:

Paris, 19th August 1656. [New Style.]
... It is said the King will be shortly at Fontainebleau and there receive the Queen of Sweden, who is now expected here. ...

French translation (my own):

Paris, le 19 août 1656. [Nouveau style.]
... On dit que le roi sera bientôt à Fontainebleau et y recevra la reine de Suède, qui est maintenant attendue ici. ...

Swedish translation (my own):

Paris, den 19 augusti 1656. [Nya stilen.]
... Det sägs att konungen snart skall vara i Fontainebleau och där ta emot Sveriges drottning, som nu väntas hit. ...

Above: Kristina.

Above: King Louis XIV of France.
