With modernised spelling:

Rome, October 16. 1655. [N. S.]
The Pope has bought of Prince Pamphilio a most gallant coach made by Innocent the Tenth for his little nephew, which His Holiness intends shall serve for a field-coach for the Queen of Sweden, besides another sumptuous coach for the city, with a litter and sedan; all which is provided and purposely made to honour that great princess at Rome in all things possible. His Holiness has likewise designed four choice and principal ladies continually to wait upon and serve Her Majesty, to say, the Princess Rossano and Butera, the Duchess of Ceri and Mattei.

The Pope has likewise dispatched this week Monsignor Luca Ostend [sic], an Englishman [sic], great master of the Apostolic Library in the Vatican, to be present at Innsbruck at the function or ceremonies used when the Queen maks herself a Catholic. Also yesterday rid post thither, by the Pope's order, the Landgrave of Hessen for an assistant to the Queen.

French translation (my own):

Rome, le 16 octobre 1655. [Nouveau style.]

Swedish translation (my own):

Rom, den 16 oktober 1655. [Nya stilen.]
