With modernised spelling:

... The Queen of Sweden is arrived at Casale, where she was nobly received by the Duke of Mantua. ...

French translation (my own):

Paris, le 8 novembre 1656. [Nouveau style.]
Monsieur,
... La reine de Suède est arrivée à Casal, où elle a été noblement reçue par le duc de Mantoue.

Swedish translation (my own):

Paris, den 8 november 1656. [Nya stilen.]
Min herre,
... Drottningen av Sverige har anlänt till Casale, där hon ädelt togs emot av hertigen av Mantua.
