Johan Ekeblad's letter of December 15/25 to his father Christoffer Ekeblad about Kristina's birthday party and the ring race is here:
The letter excerpt:

Man mener, at denne rejouisance skal koste over 100,000 Rdlr." ...

With modernised spelling:

Man mener, at denne réjouissance skal koste over 100,000 rigsdaler." ...

English translation (my own):

December 11. "The Queen had her birthday celebrated on the 8th of this month; first there were fireworks, and then a ballet that evening. Today the ring race is held; all the cavaliers are dressed in Polish and Turkish costumes, in gold pieces, velvet, etc. It is believed that this rejoicing must cost over 100,000 riksdalers." ...

Above: Kristina.
