Och fördenskull befalle Vi härmed allvarligen alla dem som Stadsens tolagsuppbörd nu under händer hava eller härefter anförtrodde bliver det de denna Vår förordning oemotsägligen fullgöre och efterleve, helst efter därigenom Vår nådiga vilje och befallning fullbordes, och de, om annorledes sker, Vår onåde att förmoda hava kunna. Nous faisons savoir que, par une faveur et une inclination particulières, Nous avons accordé, comme Nous aussi, par le pouvoir de cette lettre ouverte, accordons gracieusement que Notre féal homme et président ici à Norrköping, Notre bien-aimé, noble et bien né M. Daniel Leijonstierna, puisse, sans aucune rétribution, se faire payer annuellement et convenablement avec l'allocation de la Ville pour le salaire et le traitement qu'il reçoit de l'État, ainsi que l'amélioration que Nous lui avons favorablement communiquée dans cette mesure. Et par conséquent, et par la présente, Nous ordonnons sérieusement à tous ceux qui ont actuellement entre les mains la collecte des allocations de la Ville, ou qui seront par la suite confiées, d'accomplir et de respecter sans réserve cette ordonnance, d'autant plus que Notre gracieuse volonté et Notre ordre seraient ainsi accomplis, et qu'ils pourraient, s'il en était autrement, s'attendre à Notre disgrâce. We make known that, out of particular favour and inclination, We have granted and bestowed, as We also, by the power of this Our open letter, do graciously grant and bestow that Our faithful man and president here in Norrköping, Our well-beloved, noble and well-born Mr. Daniel Leijonstierna, may, without any retribution, annually and properly make himself be paid with the City's allowance for the wage and salary he receives from the State, as well as the improvement We have favourably communicated to him in this measure. And We therefore and hereby seriously command all those who have the City's allowance collection now under their hands, or who will be hereafter entrusted, to unquestioningly fulfill and abide by this Our ordinance, particularly as Our gracious will and command would be thereby fulfilled, and they, if otherwise happens, will be able to expect Our disgrace. For further assurance, etc. Norrköping, March 9, 1661.
