... [Stockholm] 30 Okt. 1652. Drottningen begärde kontribution af adeln. — Tvist om rang på riddarhuset. — Ingen från Finnland på riksdagen.

With modernised spelling:

... [Stockholm] 30 oktober 1652. Drottningen begärde kontribution av adeln. — Tvist om rang på Riddarhuset. — Ingen från Finland på Riksdagen.

English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, October 30, 1652. The Queen requested a contribution from the nobility. — Dispute about rank at House of Nobility. — No one from Finland in the Riksdag.
