... [Stockholm] 19 Febr. 1653. C. Ulfeld sjuk af pleuresi, besökt incognito af Kristina. — B. Skytte låtsar sjuk.

With modernised spelling:

... [Stockholm] 19 februari 1653. Corfitz Ulfeldt sjuk af pleuresi, besökt incognito af Kristina. — Bengt Skytte låtsar sjuk.

English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, February 19, 1653. Corfitz Ulfeldt ill with pleurisy, visited incognito by Kristina. — Bengt Skytte pretends to be sick.
