28 Septembris.
Vice Præses berättar i Consistorio, hwadh som i Rådhet är talat, och synnerlighen iblandh annat mentionerat, at Drotningh Christina wore snart att wänta, hvilkens ankompst något efftertenkeligit hafwa kunde.

D. 28 Sept. Vice Præses berättar i Consistorio hvad som i Rådet är talat, och synnerligen ibland annat mentionerat, att Dr. Christina vore snart att vänta, hvilkens ankomst något eftertänkligt hafva kunde[.] — — —

With modernised spelling:

Den 28 septembris vice præses berättar i consistorio vad som i Rådet är talat, och synnerligen ibland annat mentionerat, att drottning Kristina vore snart att vänta, vilkens ankomst något eftertänkligt hava kunde.

French translation (my own):

Le 28 septembre, le vice-président raconta en consistoire ce qui s'était dit au Conseil, et surtout mentionné entre autres, que la reine Christine serait bientôt attendue, dont l'arrivée pourrait avoir quelque chose de suspect.

English translation (my own):

On September 28, the Vice President told in the consistorium what was said in the Council, and especially mentioned among other things, that Queen Kristina would soon be expected, whose arrival could have something suspicious.
