... [Stockholm] 16 Okt. 1652. Afund mellan triumvirerna Ulfeld, Radzijewski och Pimentelli. — B. Skytte i onåd. — Småland upproriskt, skatten tömd. — Ulfeld fick Wollin till underpant. — Ville taga Danmark med 4000 man.

With modernised spelling:

... [Stockholm] 16 oktober 1652. Avund mellan triumvirerna Ulfeldt, Radziejowski och Pimentelli. — Bengt Skytte i onåd. — Småland upproriskt, skatten tömd. — Ulfeldt fick Wollin till underpant. — Ville taga Danmark med 4,000 man.

English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, October 16, 1652. Envy between the triumvirs Ulfeldt, Radziejowski and Pimentel. — Bengt Skytte in disgrace. — Småland rebellious, the treasure emptied. — Ulfeldt got Wollin as collateral. — One wanted to take Denmark with 4,000 men.

Note: Wollin is the German name for the Polish island of Wolin and a town on it, in the Baltic Sea.
