... [Stockholm] 21 Okt. 1652. Ulfeld sände exprés till Holland efter pengar åt drottningen, retade henne till ruptur med Danmark; gaf K. G. Wrangel en tapet. — A. Liljes grefskap i Halland.

With modernised spelling:

... [Stockholm] 21 oktober 1652. Ulfeldt sände exprès till Holland efter pengar åt drottningen, retade henne till ruptur med Danmark; gaf Carl Gustaf Wrangel en tapet. — Axel Lillies grevskap i Halland.

English translation (my own):

... Stockholm, October 21, 1652. Ulfeldt sent express to Holland for money for the Queen, provoked her to rupture with Denmark; he gave Carl Gustaf Wrangel a carpet. — Axel Lillie's county in Halland.
