Je ne doutois pas de votre obéissance en matiére d'amour; mais Rapicano peut se venger en publiant en Suède que vous êtes grand-pére, malgré la perruque blonde que vous portez. Certainement vous avez fait trop de cérémonies avec le coquin, & ne manquez pas de le chasser de chez vous, si cela n'est pas déjà fait. Dépêchez-vous autant que faire se peut sans préjudice de mes affaires, & venez jouir de notre belle Italie.

Swedish translation (my own):

Jag tvivlade inte på Eder lydnad i kärleksfrågor; men Rapicano kan hämnas genom att publicera i Sverige att Ni är en farfar, trots den blonda peruk Ni bär. Visst har Ni gjort för många ceremonier med rackaren och misslyckas inte med att jaga honom från Ert hem, om detta inte redan har gjorts. Skynda så mycket som möjligt utan att det illa påverkar mina affärer, och kom och njut av vårt vackra Italien.

English translation (my own):

I did not doubt your obedience in matters of love; but Rapicano can take revenge by publishing in Sweden that you are a grandfather, despite the blond wig you wear. Certainly you have made too many ceremonies with the rascal, and do not fail to chase him from your home, if this has not already been done. Hurry as much as possible without prejudice to my affairs, and come and enjoy our beautiful Italy.
