J'ai douté d'une Paix particuliére avec l'Espagne & la Hollande; mais si on la faisoit, je me suis toujours persuadée que pour la faire, il faudroit d'autres conditions que celles qu'on publie dans le Monde. A-présent que l'Angleterre fait ce qu'elle doit, je crois que la Paix générale se fera cette année, & que la France & la Suède la feront assez peu honorable. Nous verrons ce qui arrivera.

Swedish translation (my own):

Jag har tvivlat på en särskild fred med Spanien och Holland; men om det gjordes, så har jag alltid övertygat mig själv om att för att göra det skulle andra villkor krävas än de som publiceras i världen. Nu när England gör vad det måste, tror jag att allmän fred kommer att slutas i år, och att Frankrike och Sverige kommer att göra det ganska lite hedervärt. Vi får se vad som sker.

English translation (my own):

I have doubted a particular peace with Spain and Holland; but if it were done, I have always persuaded myself that to do it, other conditions would be required than those which are published in the world. Now that England is doing what she must, I believe that general peace will be made this year, and that France and Sweden will make it rather not very honourable. We will see what will happen.
