C'est donc Notre gracieuse volonté et Notre désir que vous soyez prêt et présent pour être admis, selon la coutume, au Conseil, dès réception de Notre nouvelle ordonnance à ce sujet; et Nous vous recommandons, etc.

Our favour, etc. Whereas We, Count Claes Tott (considering your good qualities), have deemed it good and have resolved with Ourself to honour you with senatorial dignity, as also to use you in Our College of the Chancellery as a councilman of the chancellery, in the undoubted, gracious hope that you, by both of these charges now assigned to you by Us, will do Us and the kingdom good and useful services. It is therefore Our gracious will and desire that you find yourself prepared and present to be admitted, according to custom, to the Council when you will receive Our further order thereon; and We commend you, etc.
