Dett andra ähr H. M:tt Enckiedråttningens orolige leffuerne och hindrande i vår unge Dråttnings institution, hvilket Salvius väl veet att beretta. Och förmerkier jagh väl, att moder och dotter motte skilias åht. Sätt och medell dertill haffuer jagh Salvio communicerat min k. broder att tillkenna giffua, sosom och hvadh nödigt ähr medh Churfyrsten aff Brandeburgh att communicera.

English translation (my own):

The second thing is Her Majesty the Dowager Queen's disorderly life and disruption of our young Queen's education, which Salvius knows well to account for. And I can well see that mother and daughter must be separated. As for how to do it, I have communicated that to Salvius for him to tell my dear brother, as well as what is necessary to be communicated to the Elector of Brandenburg.
