La reine de Suède est sortie de Bruxelles, et s'étant toute confiée aux Espagnols, elle s'en va à Rome y saluer le pape, et puis après elle se promènera par toute l'Italie. Les bonnes gens disent qu'elle s'y convertira. Plût à Dieu qu'elle et le pape nous eussent donné la paix ou au moins procuré! ...

Drottningen av Sverige lämnade Bryssel, och efter att ha anförtrott sig spanjorerna, åker hon till Rom för att hälsa på påven där, och sedan skall hon gå genom hela Italien. Goda människor säger att hon kommer att omvändlas därtill. Jag skulle att det behagade Gud att hon och påven hade givit oss fred eller åtminstone skaffat den! ...

English translation (my own):

The Queen of Sweden has left Brussels, and having confided in the Spaniards, she goes to Rome to greet the Pope there, and then afterwards she will go through all of Italy. Good people say she will convert. Would to God that she and the Pope had given us peace, or at least procured it! ...
